ACTIN ma na celu wspieranie i wzmacnianie integracji i włączenia dzieci i młodzieży ze środowisk migracyjnych w edukację, a tym samym w społeczeństwo europejskie jako całość.

  • Poprzez naukę jezyka: słownictwo, gramatyka i teksty, oraz działania związane z wrażliwością kulturową, które mogą wzmocnić pozycję młodych uczniów ze środowisk migracyjnych w szkołach..

  • Poprzez działania angażujące rodziny migrantów i społeczności lokalne, które mogą budować silne więzi społeczne między migrantami i pozostałymi osobami..

  • Prowadzenie wysokiej jakości seminariów szkoleniowych dla nauczycieli i specjalistów wspierających integrację migrantów w krajach przyjmujących.

  • Poprzez przyjęcie programu mentoringu szkolnego w celu wsparcia nauczycieli..

  • Tworząc otwartą bazę on-line z materiałami do nauczania i uczenia się (filmy, podcasty, protokoły itp.) - w różnych językach i dostępne dla wszystkich..

Nasze podejście

  • Nasze podejście opiera się na najnowocześniejszych praktykach związanych z nauką języków obcych, takich jak transjęzyczność (pedagogical translanguaging), koncentracja na formie, działania związane z nauką języka i treści oraz społeczno-kulturowe działania wspomagające.

  • Działania wykorzystują innowacyjne metody oparte na dowodach i uwzględniają indywidualne cechy uczniów w celu promowania sprawczości, krytycznego myślenia, indukcyjnego uczenia się i umiejętności analitycznych.

Code of Ethics & Conduct

Values & principles

In order to ensure the effectiveness of the ACTIN project, all the members of the Consortium are obliged to respect basic moral principles and principles of professional responsibility such as:

  • the principle of respect guaranteed by the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union

  • the principle of equality and justice which excludes any discrimination, abuse, harassment, or exploitation

  • the principle of compliance with laws and legal procedures

  • the principle of freedom of expressing opinions and mutual respect

  • the principle of professionalism which constitutes integrity, accountability, transparency and respect

  • the principle of confidentiality

In its compliance with the Code of Ethics & Conduct, the consortium will refrain from:

  • actions carried out by ACTIN members that involve abuse of power, conflict of interest and corrupt practices

  • unscrupulous attitude towards content and property of the ACTIN project

  • misuse of ACTIN’s name, sign or logo

  • disclosure of confidential information

  • false or malicious statements

Professionalism & Quality

All members of the Consortium are required:

  • to refrain from actions that are considered unacceptable conduct

  • to reject any form of corruption

  • to use all project funding correctly based on the consortium agreement

  • to strive to achieve effectiveness and efficiency by applying recognized project management methods and tools according to the situation

  • to always strive for the highest quality of results

  • to ensure that project results are relevant to the specific end-users/beneficiaries of the project

  • to regularly monitor the progress of the project

  • to respect the different interests of the project partners and to discuss conflicts of interest in a project consortium proactively with the partners

  • to guarantee that any information or communication relating to the project activities is easily accessible

  • to ensure the transparent allocation of tasks among the beneficiaries and the associated partners

The Code will be revised if necessary in order to be improved in accordance with the identified problems, shortcomings or possible omissions observed during the project implementation.

The Consortium members of the ACTIN project are responsible for ensuring and implementing the standards described in this Code of Ethics & Conduct.
